1) Complaints


All ordered items need to be checked for defects or damaging right after delivery. If anything is damaged or defected, please contact us within 1 month after purchase. You can send an e-mail to en@lumidora.com

2) Returns

When items do not meet your expectations, you can return them. Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving them. The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Installation costs or other costs made by third parties, if applicable, are paid by the customer.

Please insert our return form or a copy of your invoice in your returned parcel. You can find your invoice by clicking the link in your order confirmation e-mail.

The items that you return must be in original condition in their original packaging (including the inside packaging such as bubble wrap et cetera). It is not allowed to write on the parcel.
Returned items cannot be used, adapted or altered in any way. Only if the aforementioned requirements are met and the items are returned in good condition, we can refund the purchase amount. The refund will take place within 7 working days.
